Principal's Message

Welcome Back!

 

I hope everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable Christmas break.  I would also like to thank all of the families who got me a Christmas gift. Your kindness and generosity is greatly appreciated.  This month at SLES began with our 4th grade spelling bee.  Erika Grinstead was our school champion and Reagan Tedesco was the runner-up.  Erika will represent SLES in the Vindicator Printing Company Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 14 at YSU!

There will be a PTO meeting on Thursday, January 16 at 7PM in the SLES cafeteria.  School will be closed Monday, January 20 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.  Our Band Boosters SLES dance clinic will take place Monday, January 27 through Wednesday, January 29 in the ES gym from 3:30PM-5PM.  The dancers will perform at halftime of the boys varsity basketball game on Friday, January 31.  Forms and money are due Monday, January 13.
